Knowledge of God

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name

The God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, grant unto me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Grant me a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of You. Let the eyes of my understanding be enlightened; that I may know what is the hope of your calling; what are the riches of the glory of your inheritance in the saints; and what is the exceeding greatness of you power toward us who believe.

According to the same mighty power which you worked in Christ; when you raised Him from the dead; and seated Him at your right hand in the heavenly places.

Grant unto me wisdom and revelation that Jesus is far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. Let me understand fully that Jesus Christ has been highly exalted, and given a name which is above every name. Let me focus on the truth, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. Let me remember that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father [Philippians 2:9-11,Romans 14:11-12].

Let me see that you have put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church. The church which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all [who fills everything everywhere with his presence].

Ephesians 1:16-23 and AMP

Love of Christ, Ephesians 3:14-21, AMP

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name

I fall to my knees and pray, when I think of the wisdom and scope of your plan [Ephesian 3:14-19]. I pray to You, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named. I ask that You would grant me, according to the riches of your glory, your unlimited resources, to be strengthened with might by your Spirit in my inner man [2 Corinthians 4:16, 2 Corinthians 5:17].

Lord Jesus, I want you to feel more and more at home in my heart as I trust you. I access by faith this grace wherein I stand [Romans 5:1]. There is an atmosphere of faith in my heart that is receptive to you. You dwell in my heart through faith (confidence in You and Your Word). I provide this receptive faith atmosphere with the leaning of my whole human personality on God in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness [2 Thessalonians 2:11]. Let me be grounded, rooted, and established in the faith [Colossians 1:23, Colossians 2:7]. Biblical faith always believes on Jesus and appropriates what God's grace has already provided. The same power, life, wisdom, victory, anointing, faith, and mind of Christ is in me (Ephesians 1:19-20, Galatians 2:20, 1 Corinthians 1:30, 1 Corinthians 15:57, 1 John 2:20, Galatians 2:20, 1 Corinthians 2:16).

I ask that I may be rooted and grounded [established] in love. May my roots go down deep into the soil of your marvelous love. Thank-you, that your love has been poured into my heart through the Holy Spirit who has been given to me [Romans 5:5]. Give me the ability to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; and to know the love of Christ which passes all knowledge. May I be filled with all the fullness of God.

Now glory be to You, who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that I can ask or think, according to the power that works in me. Unto You be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

Holy Spirit Our Helper

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name,

Lord Jesus, You said You were giving me the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth [John 14:17]; to teach me all things; bring to my remembrance things that You have said to me [John 14:26]. He (the Holy Spirit) will announce and declare to me the things that are to come, what will happen in the future [AMP]. In John 16:15, You declared, "All things that the Father has are Mine". You said, "He (the Holy Spirit) will take of Mine and declare it to you" [AMP]. Lord Jesus Christ, reveal to me through the Holy Spirit all the wonderful provisions of the New Covenant that You have made available to me [Hebrews 8:6, Hebrews 7:22].

Lord Jesus, You told your disciples, "I have still many things to say to you, but you are not able to bear them or to take them upon you or to grasp them now" [John 16:12, AMP]. You said, "when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth [John 16:12]. Lord, guide me into all truth through the Spirit of Truth. Tell me things to come [John 16:13].

Thank-you Lord Jesus, for being exalted and at the right hand of God and receiving from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit [Acts 2:33, Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4]. I receive the promise of the Spirit through faith [Galatians 3:14, Philippians 3:9].

He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire [Matthew 3:11]. John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins [Mark 1:4]. I indeed have baptized you with water; but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. [Mark 1:8]. But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto me [Acts 1:8]. How much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him [Luke 11:13]?

Father, I don't know what to pray as I should. Thank-you for giving me the Holy Spirit to help me with my infirmities, my weakness in prayer [Romans 8:26]. Direct me in prayer. Show me where there is a need for my prayers. Give me insight and illumination to know what is right and proper to pray. Help me to know what I need to pray because of the circumstances or the conduct of others. Let me see what is the real nature of the problem that I am praying for [Romans 8:26, AMP]. Holy Spirit, help me to come along with you, lay hold with you, strive with you, for the realization of the will of God on this earth [Matthw 6:10, Revelation 22:17]. Enable me to pray according to and in harmony with God's will [Romans 8:27]. Thank-you Holy Spirit, for making intercessions for me with groanings which cannot be uttered, or expressed in words. In Luke 12:12, it says, the Holy Ghost shall teach me in the same hour what I ought to say.

"Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered" [Romans 8:26]. I will first confess what God says about my situation. If I do not know God's will for a situation then I must study God's word to know God's will. If I don't understand God's will or lack wisdom, I will ask God in prayer for wisdom [James 1:5]. I will ask the Holy Spirit to help me pray [Romans 8:26].

Father, in Jesus Name, help me to pray at all times and on every occasion in the power of the Holy Spirit. Enable me to stay alert and be persistent in my prayers for ALL Christians everywhere [Ephesians 6:18]. Help me to never stop praying, to pray continually, to pray without ceasing, to pray night and day, and to devote myself to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart [1 Thessalonians 5:17, Colossians 4:2, 2 Timothy 3:2].

Light of The Knowledge

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name,

Open our eyes, that we may behold wondrous things out of thy law [Psalms 119:18]. Lord Jesus, open the scripture to us as You did the disciples on the road to Emmaus. Draw near to us and walk beside us. Expounded to us all the things concerning Yourself in the scriptures [Luke 24:27]. Let our hearts burn within us as You talk to us [Luke 24:13-32]. Thank-You, for opening our understanding, that we might understand [Luke 24:45]. Sanctify us through Your truth; Your word is truth [John 17:7]. Give us the truth in Your Word that will set us apart from the profane things in our life and bring us into complete dedication to You. God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, thank-you for giving unto us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You; the eyes of our understanding being enlightened [Ephesians 1:17-18].

Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart; for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts [Jeremiah 15:16].

Thank-You for commanding the light to shine out of darkness (spiritual/moral error) and ignorance (knowledge deficits in our hearts and minds). Thank-You that the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, is shining in our hearts, to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ [2 Corinthians 4:4, Colossians 1:15, 2 Corinthians 4:6]. In Jesus Name, I say that No one is alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, their understanding is NOT darkened, because of the blindness of their heart. Everyone's eyes are open and they are turned from darkness to light; from the power of Satan to God; they receive forgiveness of sins and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in Christ Jesus [Acts 26:18]. Everyone has revelation of the "redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace" [Ephesians 1:7,Romans 3:24, Colossians 1:14]. We continue in Your Word and we know the truth and the truth sets us free [John 8:31-32].

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost, In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, has shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ [2 Cor 4:3-6]. To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me [Acts 26:18]. Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart [Ephesians 4:18].
Lord God, give us teachable, humble, meek, lowly hearts so, that we will seek You. In the hope that we might grope (feel our way, reach out) for You, and find You, though You are not far from any one of us [Acts 17:27-28]. Give every one that I am praying for the revelation that, "of You and through You, and to You, are all things; to You be glory for ever, Amen" [Romans 11:36]. I say by faith in the Name of Jesus, that every individual realizes that everything comes from You, everything exists by Your power and everything is intended for Your glory, to You be glory forever more, Amen. Give us the revelation, the insight, the perception, and understanding that in You we live, and move, and have our being (we exist) [Acts 17:28].

Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved [Acts 4:12]. He that believes on the Son hath everlasting life; and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him [John 3:33]. For if ye believe not that I am [he], you shall die in your sins [John 8:24]. [Ye] serpents, [ye] generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell [Matthew 23:33]? Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels [Matthew 25:41].

Walk Worthy

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name,

I ask that I may be filled with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. Grant this so that I might walk worthy of you and please you in every way. I want to walk in a manner worthy of you, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of You.

May I be strengthened with all power, according to your glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy. I give thanks to You, who has qualified me to share in the inheritance of the saints in light and delivering me from the power of darkness. I praise You, for translating me into the kingdom of your dear Son, in whom I have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins [Colossians 1:9-14 and AMP].

I fervently pray that I may stand perfect and complete in all Your will [Colossians 4:2]. Work in me, both to will and to do of Your good pleasure [Phillipians 2:13]. LORD, perfect that which concerns me. Work out Your plans for my life, for your faithful love, O LORD, endures forever. Don't abandon me, for you made me [Psalms 138:8, NLT].

Love May Abound

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name

I pray, that my love may abound still more and more in knowledge and in all judgment [discernment]. That I may approve the things that are excellent and be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ. May I be filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ. I ask this to the glory and praise of you [Philippians 1:9-11 and Philippians 1:9-11].

I pray always that You would count me worthy of this calling; fulfill all the good pleasure of your goodness; and the work of faith with power. Father, do this that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him. I ask this according to your grace and the Lord Jesus Christ [2 Thessalonians 1:11-12]. I want to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which I have been called [Ephesians 4:1], this holy calling [2 Timothy 1:9], this heavenly calling [Hebrews 3:1]. Remind me that I have been called into the grace of Christ [Galatians 1:6]. I want to press towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus [Philippians 3:14]. Lord, I want to bring you glory by finishing the work you have given me to do [John 17:4]. What do I need to accomplish for "such a time as this" [Esther 4:14]?

Thank-you for working in me both to will and to do of Your good pleasure [Philippians 2:13]. Let the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with me [2 Corinthians 13:14].

God of Hope, God of Peace

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name,

God of Hope, fill me, with all joy and peace in believing. I ask this so that I may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit [Romans 15:13]. In my believing, I rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory [1 Peter 1:8]. Thank you, for the Scriptures that were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope [Romans 15:4].

God of Peace, I praise You, that you brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant. Make me perfect [complete] in every good work to do your will. May you work in me that which is well pleasing in your sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever! Amen [Hebrews 13:20-21].

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved me and given me an everlasting consolation and good hope by grace [2 Thessalonians 2:16]. Comfort your hearts, and establish you in every good word and work [2 Thessalonians 2:16].

I praise You that you have loved me and given me everlasting consolation and good hope through grace. Comfort (encourage) my heart, and establish me in every good word and work [2 Thessalonians 2:16-17]. Help me to grow in grace, and in the knowledge of You, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; to You be glory both now and for ever, Amen [2 Peter 3:18].

Our Faith

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name

Father, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake and the love of the Spirit, I Pray for the Body of Jesus Christ and myself. I ask that we would be delivered from those that do not believe. I pray that our service would be acceptable to other Christians. May we as fellow-believers come together with joy by the will of God, and be refreshed together. God of peace be with us all. Amen [Romans 15:30-34].

I pray that through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God, the gospel of Christ would be fully preached [Romans 15:19]. Father, I pray for the impartation of spiritual gifts, so that we the Body of Jesus Christ may be established [Romans 1:11].

Lord, let not our speech or preaching be with the persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power. Let our faith not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God [1 Corinthians 2:4-5]. Thank-you, that we have received the Spirit which is of God; and we know the things that are freely given to us of God [1 Corinthians 2:12].

God and Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, we earnestly desire that You would bring persons into our lives to prefect what is lacking in our faith [1 Thessalonians :10-11]. Make us to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men [1 Thessalonians 3:12]. To the end, You may establish (strengthen) our hearts unblameable in holiness before You, our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints [1 Thessalonians 3:13].

God of Patience and Consolation

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name

God of patience and consolation grant the members of the Body of Jesus Christ to be like-minded towards one another, according to Christ Jesus. Help us to live in complete harmony with each other, each with the attitude of Christ Jesus. Grant this request so that we may with one mind and one mouth glorify You, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ [Romans 15:5-6].

I pray that we all say the same thing and that there would be no divisions [dissensions] among us. I ask that we be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment [1 Corinthians 1:10].

Father, put us in remembrance of the consolation in Christ, the comfort of love, our fellowship of the Spirit, and our affection and mercy [Philippians 2:1-4]. So that we can be like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, and of one mind [same mind, same love, one soul, and one mind].

Keep us from doing any thing through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind. let us each esteem others better than ourselves. Let us look out not only for our own interests, but also for the interests of others. Give us the mind of Christ [Philippians 2:1-5].

Sanctify Me

Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name

God of Peace, sanctify me. Separate me from any profane things and dedicate me to You completely and in every way. I pray God, my whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless [no cause for censure] unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ [1 Thessalonians 5:23-24]. Help me to identify anything in me, or anything that I am doing, that is profane.

Lord, cleanse me through Your spoken Word [John 15:3]. Remind me through the Holy Spirit the Words, You have already spoken to us that will cleanse us [John 14:26]. Spirit of Truth, guide us into all truth [John 16:13]. Let us not rejoices in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth [1 Corinthians 13:6]. Bring us to conviction, when we the people of light are having communion with darkness [2 Corinthians 6:14]. Sanctify me through thy truth; thy word is truth [John 17:17]. Every one that is of the truth hears Your voice [John 18:37]. Give me the truth in your word that will set me apart from any profane thing and bring me into complete dedication to you.

Lord Jesus, for our sakes You sanctified yourself, that I might be sanctified by your truth [John 17:19]. Lord Jesus, let me behold you the Word of God, full of grace and truth [John 1:14]. Father, help me be a true worshiper, who worship You in spirit and in truth. The scripture states that You seek such to worship you [John 4:23].

Lord Jesus, you did many things that you didn't have to do, to "fulfill all righteousness" [Matthew 3:15]. You gave me a righteous examples to follow [John 13:15]. Reveal any area of my life were I haven't allowed myself to be trained by your righteous example. Show me where I haven't continued in your word. Because I haven't continued [abide, live] in your word, I lack truth [John 8:32].
